APL Algorithm Sensitivity

Choose how aggressively non-essential loads are curtailed when approaching Pcap.

Virtual Applies to the virtual appliances: APL switches curtailable ones OFF, which lowers the SEGN load. The SEGN itself enforces the current and voltage limits in Protection Settings.
